This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build experience in a fast-paced biotech start-up environment. You will work closely with the CFO and management team, providing essential support in business development and fundraising activities that drive the company’s growth.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct research on potential investors, partners, and market opportunities to support fundraising and business development.
Assist in preparing fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investor updates, and partnership presentations.
Maintain and update CRM systems, investor contact databases, and business development pipelines.
Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, partnering conferences, and networking events.
Help manage contracts, NDAs, and other partnership-related documentation.
Coordinate with finance and legal teams on fundraising and partnership processes (e.g., due diligence materials, data rooms).
Provide general support to the CFO and management team on business development initiatives.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, life sciences, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships) in business development, investor relations, consulting, or finance
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in biotech or healthcare is a plus.
