We areseeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst. This role isideal for an early-career professional looking to build experience in afast-paced biotech start-up environment. You will work closely with the CFO andmanagement team, providing essential support in business development andfundraising activities that drive the company’s growth.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct research on potential investors, partners, and market opportunities to support fundraising and business development.
Actively contribute to monthly and quarterly investor reports by coordinating inputs from the scientific team and performing financial analyses.
Assist in preparing fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investor updates, and partnership presentations.
Maintain and update CRM systems, investor contact databases, and business development pipelines.
Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, partnering conferences, and networking events.
Coordinate with finance and legal teams on fundraising and partnership processes (e.g., due diligence materials, data rooms), manage contracts, NDAs, and other partnership-related documentation.
Provide general analyst support to the CEO and CFO (ad-hoc reports and research requests)
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, life sciences, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience(including internships) in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, consulting,or investment banking). Experience or interest in biotechnology is a plus butnot required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in biotech or healthcare is a plus.
